RESOLUTION APPROVING THE SUBDIVISION PLAN OF MR. NELSON C. HERNANDEZ COVERING LOT G-1, PSD-04-153392, WITH AN AREA OF TWO THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED EIGHTY-TWO (2,482) SQUARE METERS, LOCATED WITHIN THE MUNICIPALITY OF ROXAS, ORIENTAL MINDORO

WHEREAS, Mr. Nelson C. Hernandez submitted a request for the approval of the Subdivision Plan for Lot G-1, PSD-04-153392, with an area of Two Thousand Four Hundred Eighty-Two (2,482) square meters;

WHEREAS, the request was referred to the Committee on Public Works, Infrastructure, Rural and Urban Development, Housing and Land Utilization of the Sangguniang Bayan for review, evaluation, and recommendation;

WHEREAS, during the committee deliberations, the submitted documents were examined and it was determined that the proposed subdivision plan may be favorably considered, subject to compliance with all existing laws, rules, and regulations governing land subdivision and registration;

WHEREAS, the approval by the Sangguniang Bayan shall not be construed as a final determination of ownership, boundaries, or technical correctness of the subdivision plan, which remains subject to the verification, evaluation, and approval of the DENR and other competent government agencies;

NOW THEREFORE on motion of Councilor King Philip B. Dimapilis duly seconded by Councilor Gualberto V. Magno –

BE IT RESOLVED to approve the Subdivision Plan for Lot G-1, PSD-04-153392, consisting of Two Thousand Four Hundred Eighty-Two (2,482) square meters within the Municipality of Roxas, Oriental Mindoro.

RESOLVED FURTHER, that this approval shall be subject to the final verification and approval by the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR), the Land Registration Authority (LRA), and other concerned government agencies, as may be applicable.

RESOLVED FINALLY, that copies of this Resolution be furnished to Mr. Nelson C. Hernandez, the DENR, the Municipal Assessor's Office, the Municipal Planning and Development Office, and other offices concerned for their information and appropriate action.
