RESOLUTION EXPRESSING DEEP SYMPATHY AND CONDOLENCE TO THE BEREAVED FAMILY OF THE LATE ROSITA B. DE GUZMAN A FORMER EMPLOYEE OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF ROXAS, ORIENTAL MINDORO

WHEREAS, the Sangguniang Bayan of Roxas, Oriental Mindoro, learned with profound sadness of the passing of Rosita B. De Guzman on August 25, 2026, a former employee of the Municipal Government of Roxas, Oriental Mindoro;

WHEREAS, the late Rosita B. De Guzman dedicated a significant portion of her life to public service and rendered valuable service to the Municipal Government of Roxas, Oriental Mindoro;

WHEREAS, she initially served the Municipal Government of Roxas from January 2, 2006 to April 30, 2009, during which she faithfully performed the duties and responsibilities entrusted to her;

WHEREAS, after her initial service with the Municipal Government, she continued her career in public service as an Encoder at the Department of Education from June 6, 2011 to December 31, 2015, where she likewise shared her knowledge, skills, and experience in the performance of her duties;

WHEREAS, on January 2, 2016, she returned to the Municipal Government of Roxas and served in the Office of the Municipal Budget Officer until July 31, 2024, where she continued to render dedicated and meaningful service to the Municipality;

WHEREAS, through her years of service in the Municipal Government, the late Rosita B. De Guzman demonstrated dedication, diligence, professionalism, and commitment to the responsibilities entrusted to her, contributing to the effective delivery of public service;

WHEREAS, her years of service and association with the Municipal Government earned her the respect, friendship, and appreciation of her colleagues, fellow employees, local officials, and the people whom she served;

WHEREAS, the passing of the late Rosita B. De Guzman is a profound loss not only to her family, relatives, and friends but also to the Municipal Government of Roxas, where she devoted many years of her life in service to the community;

WHEREAS, during this difficult time of bereavement, the Sangguniang Bayan of Roxas joins the family of the late Rosita B. De Guzman in mourning her passing and extends its deepest sympathy and heartfelt condolences, with prayers for comfort, strength, and peace to her bereaved family and loved ones;

NOW THEREFORE, on motion of Councilor Marietta R. Pajila and on mass sponsorship –

BE IT RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved, to express its deepest sympathy and sincere condolences to the bereaved family of the late Rosita B. De Guzman, in recognition of her dedicated years of service and valuable contribution to the Municipal Government of Roxas, Oriental Mindoro.

RESOLVED FURTHER, that the Sangguniang Bayan recognizes and honors the late Rosita B. De Guzman for her years of faithful service to the Municipal Government and for the positive impact she made on her colleagues and the institution she served.

RESOLVED FINALLY, that copies of this Resolution be furnished to the bereaved family of the late Rosita B. De Guzman as a lasting expression of the profound sympathy, respect, gratitude, and prayers of the Sangguniang Bayan and the Municipal Government of Roxas, Oriental Mindoro.
