RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING HON. JERWIN S. DIMAPILIS, MUNICIPAL MAYOR AND MR. REMMAR P. BACAY, MUNICIPAL TREASURER, BOTH OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF ROXAS, ORIENTAL MINDORO TO OPEN ONE (1) SPECIAL TRUST ACCOUNT WITH LAND BANK OF THE PHILIPPINES – ROXAS BRANCH, UNDER THE ACCOUNT NAME “MUNICIPAL GOVERNMENT OF ROXAS, ORIENTAL MINDORO – PAMANA.”

WHEREAS, the Municipality of Roxas, Oriental Mindoro is a recipient of funding under the PAMANA (Payapa at Masaganang Pamayanan) Program, which aims to provide development interventions to conflict-affected areas;

WHEREAS, the opening of a Special Trust Account with the Land Bank of the Philippines – Roxas Branch is a mandatory requirement to ensure transparency, accountability, and efficient fund utilization in the implementation of the program;

WHEREAS, it is necessary to authorize the Municipal Mayor and the Municipal Treasurer to facilitate the opening and maintenance of said account, including the signing of pertinent documents relative thereto;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED...

BE IT RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, to authorize Hon. Jerwin S. Dimapilis, Municipal Mayor, and Mr. Remmar P. Bacay, Municipal Treasurer, both of the Municipality of Roxas, Oriental Mindoro, to open one (1) Special Trust Account with the Land Bank of the Philippines – Roxas Branch under the account name “Municipal Government of Roxas, Oriental Mindoro – PAMANA”.

RESOLVED FURTHER, that copies of this Resolution be furnished to the Office of the Municipal Mayor, Office of the Municipal Treasurer and Land Bank of the Philippines – Roxas Branch and other concerned offices for their information and appropriate action.
