RESOLUTION APPROVING THE SUPPLEMENTAL INVESTMENT PROGRAM (SIP) NO. 04 FY 2026 OF THE MUNICIPAL GOVERNMENT OF ROXAS, ORIENTAL MINDORO

WHEREAS, Municipal Mayor Jerwin S. Dimapilis, in his letter dated September 25, 2026 requested to pass a resolution approving Supplemental Investment Program No. 04 for FY 2026;

WHEREAS, the programs, projects, and activities (PPAs) listed in the Supplemental Investment Program address urgent gaps in public service delivery that were not anticipated during the preparation of the Annual Investment Program (AIP) for 2026;

WHEREAS, the said Supplemental Investment Program aligns with the municipality's comprehensive development plan and serves as a vital tool for guiding the allocation of resources towards critical development needs;

WHEREAS, the Sangguniang Bayan of Roxas unanimously agreed to approve the Supplemental Investment Program No. 04 FY 2026 of the Municipal Government of Roxas, Oriental Mindoro.

NOW THEREFORE on motion of Councilor Marietta R. Pajila seconded by Councilor King Philip B. Dimapilis -

BE IT RESOLVED to approve as it hereby approves the Supplemental Investment Program No. 04 for FY 2026 Municipal Government of Roxas, Oriental Mindoro.

RESOLVED FURTHER, to send copies of this resolution to the Sangguniang Panlalawigan, Calapan City, Oriental Mindoro for their information and necessary action.

RESOLVED FINALLY to furnish copies of this resolution all municipal offices concerned of the municipal government of Roxas, Oriental Mindoro for their information and reference.
