AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING AND IMPLEMENTING THE REGISTRATION OF OWNERSHIP OF AGRICULTURAL AND FISHERIES MACHINERY AND EQUIPMENT IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE JOINT MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 2018-02 BY THE DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE AND THE DEPARTMENT OF INTERIOR AND LOCAL GOVERNMENT RELATIVE TO THE NATIONAL GUIDELINES FOR THE REGISTRATION OF OWNERSHIP OF AGRICULTURAL AND FISHERIES MACHINERY AND EQUIPMENT WITHIN THE TERRITORIAL JURISDICTION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF ROXAS
