AN ORDINANCE REQUIRING SANGGUNIANG BARANGAYS HEADED BY THEIR RESPECTIVE BARANGAY CAPTAINS TO DETECT AND PREVENT ILLEGAL CONSTRUCTIONS AND REPAIR WITHIN THEIR AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY AND TO REPORT THE SAME WITHIN TWENTY-FOUR (24) HOURS TO THE MUNICIPAL BUILDING OFFICIALS, OFFICE OF THE MAYOR AND THE CHIEF OF MUNICIPAL POLICE STATION
