AN ORDINANCE REQUIRING ALL BUSINESS ESTABLISHMENTS, GOVERNMENT OFFICES, HOSPITALS, SCHOOLS, BARANGAY LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNITS, PUBLIC TRANSPORT GROUPS, AND OTHER PUBLIC AND PRIVATE INSTITUTIONS TO STRICTLY ADOPT AND IMPLEMENT SOCIAL DISTANCING PROTOCOL AND OTHER STRINGENT PRECAUTIONARY MEASURES TO PREVENT AND CONTAIN THE TRANSMISSION OF CORONAVIRUS DISEASE (COVID-19) IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF ROXAS, ORIENTAL MINDORO AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
