AN ACT REAPPROPRIATING CERTAIN SUMS PROVIDED FOR IN VARIOUS PUBLIC WORKS ACTS FOR PUBLIC WORKS PROJECTS IN THE FIRST DISTRICT OF LAGUNA.

[ REPUBLIC ACT NO. 3311, June 18, 1961 ]

AN ACT REAPPROPRIATING CERTAIN SUMS PROVIDED FOR IN VARIOUS PUBLIC WORKS ACTS FOR PUBLIC WORKS PROJECTS IN THE FIRST DISTRICT OF LAGUNA.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

Section 1. The sum appropriated under item 12, page 470, paragraph 7, under San Pablo City, Section three of Republic Act Numbered Fourteen hundred eleven, is hereby reappropriated as follows:

Section 2. The sums appropriated under Items (c) and (h), page 65; item (m), page 66; items (aa) and (ab), page 67; and items (au), (ax), (ba), (bf), and (bk), page 68 of Republic Act Numbered Sixteen hundred thirteen, are hereby reappropriated as follows:

Section 3. The sums appropriated under items (a), (b), (c), and (d) page 297; items (e), (h), (i), (j), (k), (I), (m), (n), and (o), page 298; items (p), (q), (r), (s), (u), (v), (w), (x), (y), (z), (ab), (ac), and (ad), page 299; items (ae), (af), (ag), (ak), (an), (ao), (ap), (ar), (as), (at), and (au), page 300; and items (av), (aw), (ax), (ay), (az), (ba), (bb), (be), (bd), (be), (bf), (bg),  (bh),   (bi),   (bk),   (bl),   (bm),   (bn),   (bo),   (bp), (bq), (br), (bs), (bt), (bu), (bv), (bw), (bx), (by), (bz), (ca), (cb), (cc), (cd), and (ce), page 301; all under Republic Act Numbered Nineteen hundred, are hereby reappropriated as follows:           

Section 4. The sum appropriated under item (g), page 223, subparagraph 26 of Title M, Section one, Republic Act Numbered Two thousand ninety-three, is hereby reappropriated as follows:

Section 5. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
