REPUBLIC ACT No. 3355
An Act Creating Barrios in the Province of Leyte
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:
Section 1. The sitios of Pagsulhugon and Victory in the Municipality of Babatngon, Province of Leyte, are converted into barrios of said municipality, to be known as the barrios of Pagsulhugon and Victory, respectively.
Section 2. The following sitios in the Municipality of Santa Fe, Province of Leyte, are constituted as barrios of said municipality, to wit:
Section 3. The following sitios in the Municipality of Tanauan, Province of Leyte, are converted to barrios of said municipality, to wit:
Section 4. The following sitios in the Municipality of Burauen, Province of Leyte, are converted to barrios of said municipality, to wit:
Section 5. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
