REPUBLIC ACT No. 3467

An Act Appropriating the Sum of Fourteen Million Pesos for the Relief and/or Rehabilitation of the Flood and/or Typhoon Victims and for the Repair, Reconstruction and/or Construction of Flood and River Control Works, Roads, Bridges, Government Buildings, School Buildings and Other Public Improvements in Mindanao Which were Damaged by the Flood and/or Typhoon in January and February, Nineteen Hundred and Sixty-Two

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:

Section 1. The sum of fourteen million pesos is hereby appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for relief and/or rehabilitation of flood and/or typhoon victims in Mindanao in January and February, nineteen hundred and sixty-two and for the repair, reconstruction and/or construction of all flood control works, roads, bridges, public buildings and other damaged public works, to be distributed proportionately among the provinces and cities affected as provided thereunder:

Section 2. Any unexpected balance or an obligated amount of this appropriation as of June thirtieth, nineteen hundred and sixty-three, shall revert to the general fund.

Section 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
