REPUBLIC ACT No. 3867
An Act to Authorize the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office to Hold Annually a Lottery or Sweepstakes for the Expansion of the Philippine National Red Cross Blood Bank
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:
Section 1. The Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office is authorized to hold annually a lottery or sweepstakes, the whole proceeds of which shall, after deducting the prizes and expenses as provided for in Republic Act Numbered Eleven hundred sixty-nine, as amended, be turned over to the Philippine National Red Cross Blood Bank for its expansion and for its blood typing project.
Section 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
