REPUBLIC ACT No. 4383
An Act Increasing the Number of Assistant Provincial Fiscals for the Province of Zamboanga del Norte, Amending for the Purpose Section Sixteen Hundred Seventy-Four of the Administrative Code, as Amended
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:
Section 1. The provision of Section sixteen hundred seventy-four of the Administrative Code, as amended, relative to the number of assistant provincial fiscals in the Province of Zamboanga del Norte, is further amended to read as follows:
Section 2. This Act shall take effect on January first, nineteen hundred sixty-six.
Approved: June 19, 1965.
"Zamboanga del Norte, three assistant provincial fiscals, who shall be assigned to the different branches of the Court of First Instance of Zamboanga del Norte in proportion to the number of cases pending in each such branch;"
