REPUBLIC ACT No. 4440
An Act Providing for the Establishment of a Trade School in the Municipality of Salvador, Province of Lanao del Norte, and Authorizing the Appropriation of Funds Therefor
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:
Section 1. There shall be established under the supervision of the Director of Vocational Education, a trade school in the Municipality of Salvador, Province of Lanao del Norte, to be known as the Salvador Trade School.
Section 2. The sum of one hundred thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the establishment, operation and maintenance of said school during the fiscal year nineteen hundred sixty-six. Thereafter, such sums as may be needed in the annual General Appropriations Act.
Section 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
