REPUBLIC ACT No. 4927
An Act Providing for the Establishment of a National Industrial Agricultural High School in the Municipality of Bayag, Mountain Province, to be Known as Apayao National Industrial Agricultural High School, and Authorizing the Appropriation of Funds Therefor
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:
Section 1. There shall be established under the supervision of the Director of Vocational Education a national industrial agricultural high school in the Municipality of Bayag, Mountain Province, to be known as Apayao National Industrial Agricultural High School. The site of the said school shall be determined by the Municipal Council of Bayag in consultation with the Director of Vocational Education.
Section 2. The Director of Vocational Education shall issue such rules and regulations as may be necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act.
Section 3. The sum of one hundred fifty thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the establishment, operation and maintenance of said school during the fiscal year nineteen hundred sixty-seven. Thereafter, the necessary funds needed for its operation and maintenance shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
Section 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
