REPUBLIC ACT No. 4938
An Act Providing for Four Assistant Provincial Fiscals for the Province of Surigao del Norte, by Further Amending Section Sixteen Hundred Seventy-Four of the Administrative Code
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:
Section 1. Section sixteen hundred seventy-four of the Administrative Code, as amended, is further amended by inserting after the subparagraph relative to the number of assistant provincial fiscals in the Province of Sulu, the following new subparagraph to read as follows:
Section 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
Approved: June 17, 1967.
