REPUBLIC ACT No. 5080
An Act Changing the Name of Lubao Emergency Hospital in the Municipality of Lubao, Province of Pampanga, to Escolastica Romero Community Hospital, Amending for the Purpose Section One of Republic Act Numbered Forty-Two Hundred Fifty-Five
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:
Section 1. Section one of Republic Act Numbered Forty-two hundred fifty-five is hereby amended to read as follows:
Section 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
Approved: June 17, 1967.
"Sec. 1. There shall be established under the direct supervision of the Director of Medical Services, a community hospital in the Municipality of Lubao, Province of Pampanga, to be known as Escolastica Romero Community Hospital. The site for the said hospital shall be provided by the municipal council of the said municipality in consultation with the Director of Medical Services."
