REPUBLIC ACT No. 5191
An Act Converting Batac Emergency Hospital in the Municipality of Batac, Province of Ilocos Norte, into a General Hospital to be Known as Batac General Hospital, and Authorizing the Appropriation of Funds Therefor
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:
Section 1. The Batac Emergency Hospital in the Municipality of Batac Province of Ilocos Norte, is hereby converted into a general hospital to be known as Batac General Hospital.
Section 2. The sum of one hundred fifty thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to carry out the purpose of this Act for the fiscal year nineteen hundred sixty-seven. Thereafter, such sums as may be necessary for the same purpose shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
Section 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
