REPUBLIC ACT No. 5291
An Act Creating Additional Positions of Assistant Provincial Fiscal in the Province of Ilocos Norte, Amending for the Purpose Section Sixteen Hundred and Seventy-Four of the Administrative Code, as Amended
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:
Section 1. Section sixteen hundred and seventy-four of the Administrative Code, as amended, relative to the number of assistant provincial fiscals in the Province of Ilocos Norte, is further amended to read as follows:
Section 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
Approved: June 15, 1968.
"Ilocos Norte, twelve assistant provincial fiscals, at least two of whom shall be assigned to each branch of the Court of First Instance of Ilocos Norte.
