REPUBLIC ACT No. 5438
An Act Amending Subparagraph Twenty of Article Fourteen of the Revised Penal Code
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:
Section 1. Subparagraph twenty of Article fourteen of the Revised Penal Code is amended to read as follows:
Section 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
Approved: September 9, 1968.
"20. That the crime be committed with the aid of persons under fifteen years of age or by means of motor vehicles, motorized watercraft, airships, or other similar means."
