[ REPUBLIC ACT NO. 5749, June 21, 1969 ]
AN ACT AMENDING ITEM 141, PAGE 176, PARAGRAPH "A," TITLE G, SECTION ONE OF REPUBLIC ACT NUMBERED FORTY-EIGHT HUNDRED FIFTY-FOUR (RE PUBLIC WORKS ACT).
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
Section 1. Item 141, page 176, paragraph "a," Title G, Section one of Republic Act Numbered Forty-eight hundred fifty-four, is hereby amended to read as follows:
Section 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
Enacted without Executive approval, June 21, 1969.
