[ REPUBLIC ACT NO. 5948, June 21, 1969 ]
AN ACT CREATING EIGHT ADDITIONAL POSITIONS OF ASSISTANT PROVINCIAL FISCAL IN THE PROVINCE OF RIZAL, AMENDING FOR THE PURPOSE SECTION SIXTEEN HUNDRED SEVENTY-FOUR OF THE ADMINISTRATIVE CODE, AS AMENDED.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
Section 1. The provision of Section one thousand six hundred seventy-four of the Administrative Code, as amended, relative to the number of assistant provincial fiscals in the Province of Rizal, is further amended to read as follows:
"Rizal, twenty-one assistant provincial fiscals;"
Section 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
Enacted without Executive approval, June 21, 1969.
