AN ACT AUTHORIZING THE SALE OF THREE PARCELS OF PUBLIC LANDS IN THE BAGUIO TOWNSITE, CITY OF BAGUIO.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

Section 1. The following parcels of public land in the Baguio Townsite, City of Baguio, shall be sold in accordance with the provisions of Republic Act Numbered Seven hundred and thirty:

Section 2. The Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources, with the approval of the President of the Philippines, shall issue such rules and regulations as may be necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act.

Section 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.

Enacted without Executive approval, August 4, 1969.
