REPUBLIC ACT No. 6153
An Act Amending Section One of Republic Act Numbered Fifty-One Hundred Fifty-Five Entitled "An Act Constituting the Fifth Representative District of the Province of Pangasinan into a Separate Highway Engineering District"
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:
Section 1. The title of Republic Act Numbered Fifty-one hundred fifty-five is amended to read as follows:
Section 2. Section one of the same Act is hereby amended to read as follows:
Section 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
Approved: November 9, 1970.

Any provision of law to the contrary notwithstanding, the fourth and fifth representative districts of the Province of Pangasinan are hereby constituted into a separate highway engineering district which shall hereafter be known as the Second Highway Engineering District of the Province of Pangasinan. The office of the second highway engineering district shall be established in the Municipality of Rosales of said province."
