[ REPUBLIC ACT NO. 6448, June 17, 1972 ]
AN ACT CREATING ADDITIONAL POSITIONS OF ASSISTANT PROVINCIAL FISCAL FOR THE PROVINCE OF LAGUNA, AMENDING FOR THE PURPOSE SECTION SIXTEEN HUNDRED SEVENTY-FOUR OF THE ADMINISTRATIVE CODE, AS AMENDED.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
Section 1. The provision of Section sixteen hundred seventy-four of the Administrative Code, as amended, relative to the number of assistant provincial fiscals in the Province of Laguna is further amended to read as follows:
"Laguna, twelve assistant provincial fiscals;"
Section 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
