Begun and held in Metro Manila, on Monday, the twenty-second day of July, nineteen hundred and ninety-one

[ REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7191, February 10, 1992 ]

AN ACT ESTABLISHING A NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL IN THE DISTRICT OF PANALARON, CITY OF TACLOBAN, PROVINCE OF LEYTE, TO BE KNOWN AS THE PANALARON NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

Section 1. There shall be established a national high school in the District of Panalaron, City of Tacloban, Province of Leyte, to be known as the Panalaron National High School.

Section 2. The Secretary of Education, Culture and Sports shall issue such rules and regulations as may be necessary to carry out the purposes of this Act.

Section 3. The amount necessary for the implementation of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.

Section 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
