REPUBLIC ACT NO. 10091
AN ACT CONVERTING THE CUMADCAD - SAN ISIDRO - POBLACION PROVINCIAL ROAD IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF CASTILLA, PROVINCE OF SORSOGON INTO A NATIONAL ROAD
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
Section 1. The Cumadcad - San Isidro - Poblacion Provincial Road in the Municipality of Castilla, Province of Sorsogon is hereby converted into a national road.
Section 2. The Secretary of the Department of Public Works and Highways shall issue the necessary rules, orders and circulars to implement the provision of this Act.
Section 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
