REPUBLIC ACT NO. 10093
AN ACT CONVERTING THE PANIQUI - RAMOS ROAD IN THE MUNICIPALITIES OF PANIQUI AND RAMOS, PROVINCE OF TARLAC INTO A NATIONAL ROAD
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
Section 1. The Paniqui - Ramos Road in the municipalities of Paniqui and Ramos, Province of Tarlac is hereby converted into a national road.
Section 2. The Secretary of the Departme nt of Public Works and Highways shall issue the necessary rules, orders and circulars to implement the provision of this Act.
Section 3. This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in a newspaper of general circulation.
