REPUBLIC ACT No. 1758
An Act to Amend Certain Items of Republic Acts Numbered Twelve Hundred, Fourteen Hundred Eleven and Sixteen Hundred Thirteen
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:
Section 1. Item (39), page two hundred one of Republic Act Numbered Twelve hundred, is hereby amended to read as follows:
Section 2. Item (c), page three hundred twenty of Republic Act Numbered Twelve hundred, is hereby amended to read as follows:
Section 3. Item (d), page one hundred twenty-nine of Republic of Numbered Fourteen hundred eleven, is hereby amended to read as follows:
Section 4. Item 52, page one hundred ninety-one of Republic Act Numbered Sixteen hundred thirteen, is hereby amended to read as follows:
Section 5. Item (3), page two hundred eighty-eight of Republic Act Numbered Twelve hundred, is hereby amended to read as follows:
Section 6. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
