RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING MUNICIPAL MAYOR LEO G. CUSI OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF ROXAS, ORIENTAL MINDORO TO ENTER INTO A CONTRACT OF SERVICE WITH FOUR (4) PERSONNEL ASSIGNED IN THEIR FIELD OF EXPERTISE AND CONCURRING THE APPOINTMENT OF THE SAME.
