RESOLUTION CONGRATULATING MS. PRINCESS MIKEYA L. MORANTE, A BONA FIDE RESIDENT OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF ROXAS, ORIENTAL MINDORO, FOR HER OUTSTANDING ACHIEVEMENTS IN THE SPORT OF MOTOCROSS AND FOR BRINGING HONOR AND PRIDE TO THE MUNICIPALITY THROUGH HER REMARKABLE PERFORMANCE IN VARIOUS LOCAL AND NATIONAL COMPETITIONS

WHEREAS, the Municipality of Roxas, Oriental Mindoro takes pride in recognizing and honoring individuals whose exceptional talents, determination, and perseverance bring honor and distinction to the Municipality;

WHEREAS, Ms. Princess Mikeya L. Morante, a bona fide resident of the Municipality of Roxas, Oriental Mindoro, has demonstrated remarkable skill, courage, discipline, and dedication in the sport of motocross, earning recognition in numerous prestigious competitions across the country;

WHEREAS, through her unwavering commitment to excellence, she achieved the following remarkable accomplishments:

• 3rd Place – Ladies Class, Batangas City Mayor's Cup Invitational Motocross;
• 4th Place – Ladies Class, Round 3, Leg 2, National Motorcycle Sports and Safety Association (NAMSSA), Ayala Vermosa, Imus City, Cavite;
• 2nd Place – Ladies Category, Round 4, Leg 2, National Motorcycle Sports and Safety Association (NAMSSA), Ayala Vermosa, Imus City, Cavite;
• 1st Place – Ladies Category, 3rd Mayor Morada TrailCross Competition;
• 2nd Place – Ladies Category, Governor's Cup, Arawatan Festival, Mamburao, Occidental Mindoro (November 2025);
• 5th Place – Novice Production Category, 124th Sablayan Founding Anniversary;
• 7th Place – Ladies Class, National Invitational Motocross – Pintados de Passi, Passi City, Iloilo;
• 7th Place – Ladies Class, National Invitational Motocross – Ilocos Sur Festival, Salcedo, Ilocos Sur;

WHEREAS, these outstanding accomplishments are a testament to her perseverance, discipline, sportsmanship, and unwavering determination, making her an inspiration to the youth and an exemplary representative of the Municipality of Roxas in the field of motorsports;

WHEREAS, her success has not only showcased her exceptional athletic ability but has likewise brought honor, prestige, and recognition to the Municipality of Roxas, Oriental Mindoro in regional and national motocross competitions;

WHEREAS, it is fitting and proper that the Municipality of Roxas, Oriental Mindoro recognize and commend Ms. Princess Mikeya L. Morante for her exemplary achievements and valuable contribution in promoting the Municipality through sports excellence;

NOW THEREFORE, on motion of Councilor Sheikinnah Grace C. Sanz and on mass sponsorship –

BE IT RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved, to extend its warmest congratulations and highest commendation to Ms. Princess Mikeya L. Morante, a bona fide resident of the Municipality of Roxas, Oriental Mindoro, for her outstanding achievements in the sport of motocross and for bringing honor, pride, and distinction to the Municipality through her remarkable accomplishments in various local and national competitions.

RESOLVED FURTHER, that the Sangguniang Bayan expresses its sincere appreciation for Ms. Morante's dedication, perseverance, and sportsmanship, and commends her for serving as an inspiration to the youth of Roxas to pursue excellence in sports while upholding discipline, determination, and integrity.

RESOLVED FINALLY, that copies of this Resolution be furnished to Ms. Princess Mikeya L. Morante and her family as a lasting testament to the Municipality's pride, admiration, and recognition of her outstanding achievements and invaluable contribution to the promotion of sports excellence.
