RESOLUTION EXTENDING HEARTFELT CONGRATULATIONS TO THE EMPLOYEES OF THE MUNICIPAL GOVERNMENT OF ROXAS, ORIENTAL MINDORO, WHO GRADUATED WITH THE DEGREE OF BACHELOR OF SCIENCE IN ENTREPRENEURSHIP (BATCH 2025–2026) AT JOHN PAUL COLLEGE

WHEREAS, the Sangguniang Bayan highly values excellence, dedication, and professional growth among its legislative staff, recognizing that their individual achievements elevate the standard of public service in our municipality;

WHEREAS, John Paul College has provided an opportunity for working adults, including mothers, fathers, and other professionals, to pursue higher education through flexible academic programs, proving that it is never too late to fulfill one's dream of earning a college degree;

WHEREAS, despite the demands and responsibilities of their respective positions in the Municipal Government of Roxas, Oriental Mindoro, as well as their commitments to their families, the following employees demonstrated remarkable perseverance, determination, discipline, and dedication in successfully completing the degree of Bachelor of Science in Entrepreneurship, Batch 2025–2026, at John Paul College:

WHEREAS, the success of these employees serves as an inspiration to their fellow public servants, working parents, and the youth of the municipality, demonstrating that perseverance, hard work, and determination can make educational aspirations attainable regardless of age or life's responsibilities;

WHEREAS, the Sangguniang Bayan of Roxas, Oriental Mindoro deems it fitting and proper to recognize and honor these outstanding employees for their commendable achievement and to express its appreciation for the pride and honor they have brought to the Municipal Government;

NOW THEREFORE, on motion of Municipal Vice Mayor Robert S. Quiatchon and on mass sponsorship —

BE IT RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, to extend its warmest congratulations to the employees of the Municipal Government of Roxas, Oriental Mindoro, for successfully graduating with the degree of Bachelor of Science in Entrepreneurship, Batch 2025–2026, at John Paul College.

RESOLVED FURTHER, that the Sangguniang Bayan commends these employees for their exemplary dedication to lifelong learning and expresses its confidence that the knowledge, skills, and values they have acquired will contribute significantly to the continued improvement of public service and the advancement of the Municipality of Roxas, Oriental Mindoro.

RESOLVED FINALLY, that copies of this resolution be furnished to the above-named graduates for their information and appropriate recognition.
