RESOLUTION EXPRESSING PROFOUND GRATITUDE AND COMMENDATION TO FINSP CHRISTIAN PAUL L. AGUBA FOR HIS EXEMPLARY SERVICE AS MUNICIPAL FIRE MARSHAL OF ROXAS, ORIENTAL MINDORO, AND EXTENDING WARM CONGRATULATIONS AND BEST WISHES ON HIS NEW ASSIGNMENT AT THE BFP DISTRICT OFFICE IN PINAMALAYAN, ORIENTAL MINDORO

WHEREAS, the Sangguniang Bayan of Roxas recognizes and highly appreciates police, military, and public safety officers whose dedicated leadership and public service significantly ensure public safety, disaster resilience, and the protection of life and property;

WHEREAS, FIRE INSPECTOR CHRISTIAN PAUL L. AGUBA served with utmost dedication, professionalism, and integrity as the Municipal Fire Marshal of the Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP) – Roxas Station;

WHEREAS, during his tenure in the Municipality of Roxas, FINSP Aguba spearheaded vital fire prevention campaigns, strengthened community disaster preparedness, improved local emergency response capability, and maintained strong collaboration with the Municipal Local Government Unit and local barangays;

WHEREAS, his proactive leadership, approachable demeanor, and steadfast commitment to public safety have earned him the deep respect and high regard of local officials, community leaders, and the citizens of Roxas;

WHEREAS, as FINSP Aguba completes his fruitful term of duty in the Municipality of Roxas to assume his new responsibilities at the BFP District Office in Pinamalayan, Oriental Mindoro, it is fitting and proper for the august body to formally acknowledge his valuable contributions and wish him well in his ongoing professional journey;

NOW THEREFORE, on motion of Councilor Marietta R. Pajila, PhD duly seconded by Councilor King Philip B. Dimapilis –

BE IT RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved, to express its profound gratitude, commendation, and appreciation to FINSP Christian Paul L. Aguba for his commendable service as Municipal Fire Marshal of Roxas, Oriental Mindoro.

RESOLVED FURTHER, that a copy of this resolution, be presented to FINSP Christian Paul L. Aguba as a token of esteem and lasting appreciation from the officers and people of the Municipality of Roxas.
