RESOLUTION EXPRESSING DEEP SYMPATHY AND CONDOLENCE TO THE BEREAVED FAMILY OF THE LATE JUAN S. ADVINCULA, A FORMER EMPLOYEE AND SANGGUNIANG BAYAN MEMBER OF ROXAS, ORIENTAL MINDORO

WHEREAS, the Sangguniang Bayan of the Municipality of Roxas, Oriental Mindoro joins the entire community in mourning the untimely passing of the late Juan S. Advincula, whose faithful and dedicated years of public service greatly contributed to the growth and development of the Municipality;

WHEREAS, the late Juan S. Advincula commenced his government service as Tax Mapper at the Office of the Municipal Treasurer from January 10, 1998 to March 26, 1998, where he diligently performed his assigned duties with integrity and commitment;

WHEREAS, inspired by his desire to serve the people, he was elected as a Member of the Sangguniang Bayan and faithfully served the Municipality from July 1, 1998 to June 30, 2007, and again from July 1, 2010 to June 30, 2016, during which he actively participated in the enactment of ordinances and resolutions and advocated programs and policies beneficial to the Municipality and its constituents;

WHEREAS, after his years in public office, he continued serving the Municipal Government as Grand Terminal Manager from July 1, 2025 until his untimely demise on July 15, 2026, demonstrating the same dedication, professionalism, and commitment to public service that characterized his entire career;

WHEREAS, throughout his years of government service, the late Juan S. Advincula earned the respect, admiration, and gratitude of his fellow public servants and the people of Roxas for his sincerity, humility, and unwavering commitment to the welfare of the community;

WHEREAS, his passing is a profound loss not only to his beloved family but also to the Municipal Government of Roxas and to the people he faithfully served for many years;

WHEREAS, the entire workforce of the Municipal Government of Roxas joins in expressing its profound sympathy and heartfelt condolences to the bereaved family of the late former Councilor Juan S. Advincula, as they mourn the loss of a beloved father, grandfather, public servant, and cherished friend;

NOW THEREFORE, on motion of Councilor Marietta R. Pajila and on mass sponsorship –

BE IT RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved, to express its deepest sympathy and heartfelt condolences to the bereaved family of the late Juan S. Advincula, former Sangguniang Bayan Member and former employee of the Municipal Government of Roxas, Oriental Mindoro.

RESOLVED FURTHER, that the Sangguniang Bayan honors and recognizes the invaluable contributions, dedicated public service, and lasting legacy of the late Juan S. Advincula, whose commitment to public service will continue to inspire present and future generations of public servants.

RESOLVED FINALLY, that copies of this Resolution be furnished to the bereaved family of the late Juan S. Advincula as a lasting expression of the profound sympathy, respect, gratitude, and prayers of the Sangguniang Bayan and the Municipal Government of Roxas, Oriental Mindoro.
