AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING THE DUMPING AND/OR BURNING OF RICE HUSKS/CHAFF ON ANY PART OF THE PUBLIC HIGHWAY, BARANGAY, MUNICIPAL AND PROVINCIAL ROADS, PUBLIC PARKS AND SQUARES, RIVERS OR CREEKS AND ON PRIVATE LANDS, SUCH DUMPING AND/OR BURNING OF WHICH WILL GREATLY AFFECT AND ARE HAZARDS TO THE HEALTH AND SAFETY OF THE PEOPLE
