RESOLUTION CONGRATULATING AND COMMENDING ENGR. RODOLFO DAYANGHIRANG II, G.E., REA, A LICENSED GEODETIC ENGINEER AND LICENSED REAL ESTATE APPRAISER, FOR PLACING TOP SEVEN (7) IN THE 2026 REAL ESTATE APPRAISERS LICENSURE EXAMINATION

WHEREAS, the Sangguniang Bayan of Roxas, Oriental Mindoro, recognizes and takes pride in the outstanding achievements of its constituents who excel in their chosen professions and bring honor and distinction to the Municipality of Roxas;

WHEREAS, Engr. Rodolfo Dayanghirang II, G.E., REA is a duly licensed Geodetic Engineer and Real Estate Appraiser, whose professional competence, dedication, and commitment to excellence exemplify the values of hard work, perseverance, and integrity;

WHEREAS, Engr. Dayanghirang II recently demonstrated exceptional academic and professional competence by placing Top Seven (7) in the 2026 Real Estate Appraisers Licensure Examination, as recognized by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC);

WHEREAS, his remarkable achievement is a source of immense pride not only to his family, colleagues, and friends, but likewise to the entire community of Roxas, Oriental Mindoro, as it reflects the ability of the people of the municipality to excel and compete at the national level;

WHEREAS, the Sangguniang Bayan recognizes that such achievement serves as an inspiration to aspiring professionals and the youth of Roxas to pursue excellence, uphold professional integrity, and strive for success in their respective fields;

WHEREAS, the Sangguniang Bayan likewise acknowledges the recognition and award bestowed upon Engr. Rodolfo Dayanghirang II by the Professional Regulation Commission in recognition of his outstanding performance in the 2026 Real Estate Appraisers Licensure Examination;

NOW THEREFORE, on motion of Councilor King Philip B. Dimapilis duly seconded by Councilor Lucille T. Bacuy –

BE IT RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved, to Congratulate and Commend Engr. Rodolfo Dayanghirang II, G.E., REA, for his exemplary achievement in placing Top Seven (7) in the 2026 Real Estate Appraisers Licensure Examination.

RESOLVED FURTHER, to commend Engr. Rodolfo Dayanghirang II for bringing honor and pride to the Municipality of Roxas, Oriental Mindoro, and for serving as an inspiration to the youth and aspiring professionals in the community.

RESOLVED FINALLY, that a copy of this Resolution be furnished to Engr. Rodolfo Dayanghirang II, G.E., REA as a manifestation of the Sangguniang Bayan's sincere appreciation, congratulations, and recognition of his outstanding accomplishment.
