RESOLUTION CONGRATULATING AND COMMENDING MR. QUARMAT S. OBRIQUE, TEACHER-IN-CHARGE OF SAN VICENTE NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL, FOR PASSING THE NATIONAL ASSESSMENT FOR SCHOOL HEADS (NASH) AND RANKING TOP 1 IN THE PROVINCE OF ORIENTAL MINDORO, BRINGING GREAT HONOR AND PRIDE TO THE MUNICIPALITY OF ROXAS, ORIENTAL MINDORO

WHEREAS, the Department of Education administers the National Assessment for School Heads (NASH) to measure, evaluate, and certify the leadership, management, and academic competencies of aspiring school heads across the nation;

WHEREAS, Mr. Quarmat S. Obrique, Teacher-in-Charge of San Vicente National High School, successfully passed the National Assessment for School Heads (NASH);

WHEREAS, through exceptional dedication, competence, and intellectual mastery, Mr. Obrique achieved the distinguished rank of Top 1 in the entire Province of Oriental Mindoro;

WHEREAS, this remarkable accomplishment not only reflects his personal excellence and leadership potential as an educator, but also serves as an inspiration to fellow teachers and students across the division;

WHEREAS, such an outstanding academic and professional feat brings immense pride, honor, and prestige to San Vicente National High School, the Local School Board, and the entire Municipality of Roxas, Oriental Mindoro;

NOW THEREFORE, on motion of Councilor Lucille T. Bacay and on mass sponsorship –

BE IT RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved, to extend its heartiest congratulations and highest commendation to MR. QUARMAT S. OBRIQUE for passing the National Assessment for School Heads (NASH) and emerging as the Top 1 passer in the Province of Oriental Mindoro.

RESOLVED FURTHER, that a copy of this resolution, be presented to Mr. Quarmat S. Obrique in formal recognition of his exemplary achievement and meritorious service to the field of education.
