RESOLUTION CONVEYING WARM GREETINGS AND FELICITATIONS TO THE IGLESIA NI CRISTO ON THE OCCASION OF THEIR 112th FOUNDING ANNIVERSARY ON JULY 27, 2026

WHEREAS, Section 5 of Article II of the Philippine Constitution enshrines the separation of Church and State, while recognizing the vital role of religious organizations in moral recovery, spiritual growth, and community development;

WHEREAS, the Iglesia Ni Cristo (INC), celebrates its milestone 112th Founding Anniversary on July 27, 2026, marking over a century of faithful spiritual guidance, discipline, and dedicated service to God and humanity;

WHEREAS, since its registration in the Philippines on July 27, 1914, the Iglesia Ni Cristo has expanded into a worldwide fellowship, bringing together millions of brethren across the globe through a shared devotion to biblical principles and solidarity;

WHEREAS, in the celebration of their 112th founding anniversary on July 27, 2026, this August Body is unanimous in extending warm greetings and felicitations and a wish that the good works being undertaken will continue and prosper for the welfare of our townspeople;

NOW THEREFORE, on motion of Councilor Lucille T. Bacay and on mass sponsorship –

BE IT RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved, to convey its warmest greetings and heartfelt felicitations to the Iglesia Ni Cristo on the occasion of their 112th Founding Anniversary on July 27, 2026.

RESOLVED FURTHER, to send copies of this resolution Hon. Jestoni Martin, Minister of the Gospel, Bagumbayan, Roxas, Oriental Mindoro for his information and guidance.

RESOLVED FINALLY, to send copies of this resolution the Resident Minister and Leadership of the Iglesia Ni Cristo – Lokal ng Bongabong and Hon. Eduardo V. Manalo, Executive Minister, Iglesia ni Cristo, Commonwealth Avenue, Quezon City for their information and reference.
