RESOLUTION EXPRESSING DEEP SYMPATHY, HEARTFELT CONDOLENCES, AND HIGHEST COMMENDATION OF THE MUNICIPAL GOVERNMENT OF ROXAS, ORIENTAL MINDORO, TO THE BEREAVED FAMILY OF THE LATE SPO4 HESOFANO DALISAY GUACHE, SR., IN RECOGNITION OF HIS DEDICATED AND EXEMPLARY SERVICE IN THE PHILIPPINE NATIONAL POLICE

WHEREAS, the Municipal Government of Roxas, Oriental Mindoro joins the family, friends, and the law enforcement community in mourning the passing of the late SPO4 Hesofano Dalisay Guache, Sr., who departed this life on July 17, 2026, leaving behind a legacy of honor, integrity, and dedicated public service;

WHEREAS, the late SPO4 Hesofano Dalisay Guache, Sr. entered government service on March 16, 1974, as a member of the Metrocom Quezon City Police District Station 7, formerly stationed at Camp Panopio, where he began a distinguished career in law enforcement marked by discipline, courage, and unwavering commitment to protecting the lives and property of the Filipino people;

WHEREAS, after more than thirty-three (33) years of dedicated service in the police force, he honorably retired from government service on June 17, 2007, having earned the respect and admiration of his fellow police officers, local officials, and the communities he faithfully served;

WHEREAS, throughout his years in uniform, the late SPO4 Hesofano Dalisay Guache, Sr. exemplified professionalism, loyalty, courage, and selfless dedication to duty, serving as an inspiration to his colleagues and to future generations of law enforcers;

NOW THEREFORE, on motion of Councilor Robert A. Baticos and on mass sponsorship –

BE IT RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved, to express its deepest sympathy, heartfelt condolences, and highest commendation to the bereaved family of the late SPO4 Hesofano Dalisay Guache, Sr., in grateful recognition of his dedicated, honorable, and exemplary service to the Philippine National Police and to the communities he faithfully served.

RESOLVED FURTHER, that the Sangguniang Bayan conveys its profound appreciation for the late SPO4 Hesofano Dalisay Guache, Sr.'s unwavering commitment to public service, peace and order, and the protection of the people, whose legacy shall remain a source of inspiration to all public servants.

RESOLVED FINALLY, that copies of this Resolution be furnished to the bereaved family of the late SPO4 Hesofano Dalisay Guache, Sr., as a lasting expression of the Municipality's respect, gratitude, highest commendation, sympathy, and prayers.
