RESOLUTION EXTENDING THE HEARTFELT CONGRATULATIONS AND HIGHEST COMMENDATION OF THE SANGGUNIANG BAYAN TO MS. FEBE ANNE M. DEQUIÑA, ADMINISTRATIVE AIDE III (CLERK I), FOR GRADUATING MAGNA CUM LAUDE WITH A DEGREE IN BACHELOR OF SECONDARY EDUCATION, MAJOR IN ENGLISH, BATCH 2025–2026 AT JOHN PAUL COLLEGE

WHEREAS, the Sangguniang Bayan highly values excellence, dedication, and professional growth among its legislative staff, recognizing that their individual achievements elevate the standard of public service in our municipality;

WHEREAS, MS. FEBE ANNE M. DEQUIÑA serves this august body with dedication and integrity in her capacity as Administrative Aide III (Clerk I);

WHEREAS, despite the rigorous demands of her duties in the government service, Ms. Dequiña successfully balanced her work and tertiary education at John Paul College, culminating in her graduation with the Batch 2025–2026;

WHEREAS, through sheer perseverance, intellectual competence, and time management, she achieved the highly prestigious academic distinction of Magna Cum Laude in her degree program, Bachelor of Secondary Education, Major in English;

WHEREAS, her remarkable triumph is a testament to her work ethic and character, bringing immense honor, pride, and inspiration to the entire officialdom and staff of the Sangguniang Bayan;

WHEREAS, her accomplishment serves as an inspiration to fellow government employees, students, and the youth of the Municipality of Roxas, demonstrating that dedication to public service and the pursuit of academic excellence can be successfully achieved through hard work, determination, and discipline;

WHEREAS, it is fitting and proper for the Sangguniang Bayan of Roxas, Oriental Mindoro to recognize and commend outstanding achievements that bring honor not only to the individual but also to the local government and the entire municipality.

NOW THEREFORE, on motion of Municipal Vice Mayor Robert S. Quitachon and on mass sponsorship –

BE IT RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, to extend its warmest congratulations and highest commendation to Ms. Febe Anne M. Dequiña for her exemplary academic achievement.

RESOLVED FURTHER, that a copy of this Resolution be furnished to Ms. Febe Anne M. Dequiña as a testament to the sincere appreciation, recognition, and best wishes of the Sangguniang Bayan of Roxas, Oriental Mindoro for her continued success and future endeavors.
