RESOLUTION COMMENDING AND EXPRESSING PROFOUND APPRECIATION TO THE ROXAS MUNICIPAL POLICE STATION (MPS), UNDER THE LEADERSHIP POLICE MAJOR ARIES-JOI M. ADORIO, FOR THEIR OUTSTANDING ACCOMPLISHMENTS AND SUCCESSFUL LAW ENFORCEMENT OPERATIONS SUPPRESSING ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES, SPECIFICALLY IN THE ERADICATION OF ILLEGAL DRUGS WITHIN THE JURISDICTION OF ROXAS, ORIENTAL MINDORO

WHEREAS, the Sangguniang Bayan of Roxas, Oriental Mindoro highly recognizes that the maintenance of peace and order, the protection of life and property, and the promotion of the general welfare are essential to the progress and sustainable development of the municipality;

WHEREAS, illegal drugs pose a grave threat to the security, health, and moral fabric of the community, hindering the growth and potential of the citizenry, particularly the youth;

WHEREAS, the Roxas Municipal Police Station (MPS), under the capable and dynamic leadership of POLICE MAJOR ARIES-JOI M. ADORIO, has consistently demonstrated exemplary dedication, unwavering commitment, and exceptional professionalism in the conduct of anti-illegal drug operations, campaigns against illegal firearms, and intensified efforts to combat criminality and maintain peace and order within the Municipality of Roxas;

WHEREAS, through the station's well-coordinated operations, intelligence-driven initiatives, and strong community partnerships, the Roxas MPS has successfully neutralized drug personalities, seized illicit substances, and significantly suppressed illegal activities within the municipality;

WHEREAS, these notable achievements have drastically reduced the crime rate, restored public confidence, and fostered a safer, more peaceful environment where the people of Roxas can live, work, and thrive without fear;

WHEREAS, the outstanding performance, strategic execution, and institutional integrity displayed by Police Major Aries-Joi M. Adorio and the entire force of the Roxas MPS bring distinct honor and prestige not only to the Philippine National Police (PNP) but also to the entire Municipality of Roxas, Oriental Mindoro, and deserve commendation from this August Body;

NOW THEREFORE on motion of Councilor Gualberto V. Magno duly seconded by Councilor King Philip B. Dimapilis –

BE IT RESOLVED as it is hereby resolved, to commend and express the profound appreciation of the Sangguniang Bayan of Roxas, Oriental Mindoro, to the Roxas Municipal Police Station (MPS), under the leadership of POLICE MAJOR ARIES-JOI M. ADORIO, for its outstanding accomplishments, exemplary dedication, and successful law enforcement operations in suppressing illegal activities, particularly in the campaign against illegal drugs and illegal firearms, thereby significantly contributing to the maintenance of peace and order and the promotion of public safety within the Municipality of Roxas, Oriental Mindoro.

RESOLVED FURTHER, that this commendation be extended to all officers and personnel of the Roxas Municipal Police Station in recognition of their dedication, professionalism, courage, and commitment to public service.

RESOLVED FINALLY, that a copy of this Resolution be furnished to the Roxas Municipal Police Station, the Office of the Municipal Mayor, and other concerned offices for their information and appropriate reference.
